The students will be starting Unit 9 "Day & Night, Dark & Light" and will continue with this unit for two weeks. We will be discussing the sun, the moon, our planet Earth, and energy. The students will also work with opposites and do activities centered around opposite words. A few of the books we will be reading are "The Sun, Our Nearest Star", "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star", and "What Makes Day and Night?"
